Holiday Schedule
The Warehouse will be closed for the holidays from Thursday 12/25 to Thursday 1/1.
Customer Service will be closed 12/25 and 12/31 and operating from 9am - 1pm PST on 12/26, 12/29 and 12/30.
We will resume normal operating hours and shipping schedules from 1/2.
How do I login? If you have an online account with us, please enter your email address and your password to login. Please note that our system is case sensitive. If you have issues logging in, please confirm your information and be aware if you have the caps lock on. If you have verified your information and are still experiencing difficulties, please click on the "Password Forgotten?" link on the login page. A new password will automatically be sent to your email account which you can then use to login.

What do I do if I received damaged items or my order is missing items? If your order arrives with items damaged in shipping – or if your order is missing items, please submit a Shipping Claim Form to Customer Service.
What do I do if I have billing issues? Please email Accounts Payable or call 510-528-8400, x114.
What do I do if I want copies of invoices, credit memos, or other transactions? Customer service would be happy to fax or email copies of any of your account's transactions to you.
How can I check the status of my returns/credit memos? Contact customer service if you would like to know whether a credit memo has been issued yet.
Who can help me find out if I have any outstanding invoices or credits? Customer service would be happy to fax or email you any open invoices or credits associated with your account.
A customer has questions about your products we carry in our store – who can help me? Call customer service for additional product information or care instructions.
A product's tag is missing – who can help me? If you need a new tag or simply need the UPC or the price of a product, please contact your sales rep.
I'm not sure who my sales rep is – how do I find out? Customer Service would be happy to look up the sale representative for your account and put you in touch with them.
I need to check the price of a product – who do I contact? Please call customer service and provide the Sku, UPC, or item description. They'd be happy to look up the price for you.
